Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

If you have any questions or need any information don’t hesitate to contact our customer service using our Contact Us form page and we will get back to you within 24 hours. You can always contact us also via Facebook and Instagram if you wish so. At the moment we do not provide our e-mail directly on the website to fight the spam issues.

How to track my order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. The only thing you have to do is to enter this number in our ”Track Your Order” page and the location of the package and the shipping details will be shown on your screen. Kindly note that sometimes for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. In this occasion you will have different tracking number for each product.

How are shipping costs calculated

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. My order has delayed, what to do

We do our best to provide you the most economic and reliable shipping service but sometimes, international delivery is highly depended on the local customs.

1.Track the location of your order.

2.Be patient and refer to the content table with the estimated period of delivery time in our shipping page.

3.The maximum delivery time is 25 business days. If your order has exceeded this period please contact our customer service to solve this issue.

I want to order your products but cannot select the item or the size i want

We are always glad to help our customers. If the website does not allow you to select an item or the size that means it is out of stock. If you don’t find an alternative preferable size or product please contact us and we will check the availability in our warehouse and get back to you.

I received my package but the products are damaged or wrong

If you have received your products damaged or if the item you have ordered is different from what you have ordered (size, colour, quantity), please contact us as soon as possible by providing detailed description and photos.

You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (25 business days) has expired.
